Stephen S. Baca

President

Stephen is a native of Albuquerque. He received his BS an MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.  He worked most of his professional career at Sandia National Laboratories as an engineer and manager responsible for Project Management, Product Design, Development, Testing, and Manufacturing. He continues to work as a consultant and software developer at The Computing Center Inc. of Albuquerque, a New Mexico small business he founded with his wife Maureen in 1982. He has volunteered extensively in the community with Habitat for Humanity, Inez Elementary School, various Bernalillo County boards, the City of Albuquerque’s Indicators Progress Commission, and the City/County Air Quality Control Board.  Currently he serves as a volunteer in the New Mexico Philharmonic’s Young Musicians Initiative, Board Member of the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association, and Trustee of the New Mexico Philharmonic Foundation.
